The artwork “Art for Health” by Houda Bakkali has been awarded the prestigious American Illustration 43 in New York, one of the most influential international recognitions in contemporary illustration. The jury composed of leading art and design professionals from GQ, Entertainment Weekly, Los Angeles Times, Workman Publishing / Hachette Book Group, WIRED, The New York Times Sunday Business, The New Yorker, Disney+Hyperion, among other major creative institutions, selected the project from over 8,000 submissions worldwide.
“Art for Health” combines digital illustration, motion graphics, and augmented reality to create an immersive visual experience with a strong social mission: to raise awareness about breast cancer while honoring women, families, and medical professionals.
