New Series of Workshops and Talks on Digital Art and Emerging Technologies

A new cycle of workshops and talks focused on digital art and emerging technologies is launching. The first session will take place at the Trias i Peitx Civic Center in Les Corts under the title “Les Corts and Barcelona in Augmented Reality.”

This hands-on workshop will guide participants through all the steps required to create an augmented realityexperience. Attendees will explore practical applications of this technology and collaboratively develop a digital pieceinspired by the Barcelona neighborhood of Les Corts. Participants will also be introduced to essential tools and resources for creating immersive, animated, and multimedia works using open-source.

The workshop is open to learners of all ages and aims to empower participants in the use of new technologies beyond the artistic field, fostering creativity, digital literacy, and experimentation.
